Bellissima esperienza. Posto accogliente e molta disponibilità da parte dello staff. Direttore molto cordiale. Spazi e soprattutto Spa molto spaziosi ed eleganti. Colazione abbondante e vista bellissima. Sicuramente da riprovare al più presto.

Siamo ritornati anche quest'anno per trascorrere un weekend lungo in questo bellissimo hotel. Struttura molto bella e pulita. Personale accogliente ed attento alle varie esigenze del cliente. SPA notevole per tutti i servizi proposti e per la pulizia. Complimenti allo chef per cucina molto migliorata dall'anno scorso e anche al tutto il personale di sala! Grazie a tutti per questo weekend perfetto!

Struttura bellissima stanze arredate con gusto e praticità peccato solo per il bagno che era cieco e senza aspiratore…pulizia delle stanze e degli ambienti perfetta punti di forza della struttura sicuramente la SPA veramente bella e completa di tutto consigliatissima e il ristorante…pietanze degne di ristoranti stellati e servizio impeccabile!!!! Sicuramente la prossima volta alloggeremo ancora lì…complimenti a tutti per la gentilezza e professionalità che ci ha fatto passare un fine settimana immersi nelle coccole della SPA e della cucina…

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo hotel che è stato interamente ristrutturato recentemente.(in realtà circa 15 anni fa avevo soggiornato presso questa struttura non ancora rimessa a nuovo ma comunque una piacevole esperienza)Il desiderio di abbinare delle giornate di sci ai momenti di relax in hotel( seppur le piste non molto vicine )è stato ampiamente soddisfatto....la spa è bellissima ,grande ,pulita ,con tante saune e due piscine (di cui una esterna riscaldata) e molto altro.......è molto ben gestita tutta la struttura . Per finire il ristorante :complimenti allo chef al maitre ed a tutto lo staff di sala /bar ,che ha piacevolmente allietato i nostri palati ad ogni pasto .Tutti molto gentili ..... e tutto perfetto.....grazie

Hotel con vista panoramica, camere pulitissime, personale molto attento, la colazione spazia dal dolce al salato con tutti prodotti ottimi, la SPA è superlativa in tutti i servizi,massaggi compresi, anche qui il personale ti mette a proprio agio, sicuramente ci tornerò.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una struttura convenzionata pertanto abbiamo effettuato l'ingresso come ospiti esterni. L' area benessere è grande (circa 2000 mq) e comprende una zona esterna con una piscina con temperatura di circa 35 gradi ed una sauna che offre una piacevole vista sulle montagne e sulla neve. L' area interna è suddivisa in due parti: in una si può accedere con il costume e contiene due piscine con idromassaggio e cascata, area relax, zona tisane e spuntini, docce emozionali e saune mentre l'altra area è accessibile senza costume (ci si può comunque coprire con il telo) e presenta varie saune, bagno turco e vasca idromassaggio. Il personale è gentile e disponibile pertanto si possono chiedere anche informazioni in merito ai vari trattamenti viso/corpo disponibili. Personalmente ci è piaciuta molto, probabilmente torneremo per soggiornare anche in hotel!

Undoubtedly nothing to say about the structure, newly renovated room, something to improve on the cleanliness of cobwebs and light bulbs but sufficient, another plus of the structure certainly the spa, an oasis of well-being, but absolutely insufficient the catering. From a 4s hotel it is absolutely legitimate to ask for more. I only wonder how it is possible that after all the negative reviews on the cuisine in recent months, no remedy has been found. Having a Ferrari and driving as if you had a Panda. I would also add, asked for a double bed and found 2 single beds joined, there was not even a kettle in the room. I repeat, much, much more can and must be done.

Posto stupendo! La SPA è un paradiso, la cucina ottima, il servizio in sala è super accogliente. Anche nei momenti più affollati, il personale resta sempre sorridente, attento e disponibile, pronto a farti sentire a tuo agio e ben accolto. Questo sicuramente anche grazie all’attenta supervisione e professionalità del direttore. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Ristorante ben organizzato, con uno staff gentile e sempre disponibile. I piatti sono stati gustosi e ben presentati, e il servizio nel complesso risulta gradito. L’esperienza è stata ottima e sicuramente da ripetere. Nella struttura è anche presente una spa davvero stupenda
